“ First time visiting today. Went with several other coworkers to celebrate a milestone in their careers. Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was very attentive as well as several check-ins by the manager. We couldn't keep up with the staff as they were very quick with any requests. The service was outstanding. Very upscale, decor and ambiance. Very similar to Fogo De Chao but a slight pricier. The cocktail selection was great and they were very good. ”
“ First, I have to commend the impeccable service! From the hostesses to our waiter, to the bartender, and all the servers- top notch. Super attentive without being bothersome, often doing things just needing to get done but also keeping an eye on our drinks, etc. It was the best attention to detail for one staff member let alone the entire staff that I have ever seen. The food was also the best Brazilian steakhouse we’ve ever been to. Everything presented at the salad bar was delicious and fresh. The meats offered were all cooked to perfection. Everything on point! Our craft drinks were delicious. I highly recommend the Colada drink. I have been on the lookout for a colada that matched the best one I ever had in Puerto Rico and this one did. We were celebrating a graduation and an anniversary. So glad you were recommended to us and when we are back in Katy, we will be stopping by again. ”
“ Visited here for the first time and we can’t wait to go back. The bar is cozy and beautiful with amazing drinks. The bartender was friendly and made a great French 75. The manager stopped by and talked with us for a while about the drink menu which was a treat. Dinner was delicious! Every single price of meat had a wonderful flavor with so many choices including grilled shrimp. The salad bar was fantastic with cold shrimp and cocktail sauce that I loved along with the smoked salmon, various salads, Brazilian rice, fantastic chicken salad and yummy pasta. The entire staff was attentive, friendly and they took fantastic care of us offering us other options, clean plates and more drinks. We felt spoiled and enjoyed our entire experience. Also the Tres Leches dessert was delicious. I highly recommend Gauchos Do Sol in Katy and I look forward to having dinner there sooner rather than later! ”
“ We usually visit the Vintage park location but this is closer to us now so we came here on a Thursday night. It was busy but we were able to get seated quickly. From the moment we got to our table, the service was impeccable! 10/10 for service which includes everyone there. Salad bar was fantastic with so many options. When we were ready, meats came in one after the other and at the temperature we preferred. Brazilian lemonade was delicious! In the end we were served a complimentary birthday cake as my husband was celebrating his birthday! Will definitely be back. Amazing food, excellent service and wonderful ambience. ”
“ Came here when they first opened and wasn’t very impressed (common opening night issues) but came back sometime later and man was it excellent. Everything tasted great and fresh and the ribeye was probably the best I’ve had in this style of restaurant. Servers were friendly and came often and were accommodating to our requests. Would definitely come back. ”

I’m pregnant and have a food allergy and they made sure that I had the best of the best within those parameters. The meat cuts were out of this world delicious! The salad bar/sides had a wide variety for all types of palettes.
